| Cape Henlopen Lighthouse, Delaware c. 1767 – image: 16 x 20 |
| |
The Cape Henlopen Lighthouse was an old colonial tower established in 1767 that guided ships into Delaware Bay. Eventually, erosion undermined the historical structure and it finally collapsed during a storm in 1926. No trace of it remains.
